Missing Dark Chocolate Dreams

So, I could have sworn that I bought an entire jar of Dark Chocolate Dreams just a couple of days ago, but somehow I only have half a jar now. Hmmm. That’s odd. I wonder what happened to it?

Lunch was Butternut Squash soup… actually this soup said Best By January 08 but I still ate it because I like to live dangerously.
Then, I had a bunch of sides: broccoli with hummus, cheese, turkey and half a pita.
Dessert, because sometimes lunch does require dessert, was the other pita half with Dark Chocolate Dreams.
I also had some PF Chang’s noodles that someone brought back from lunch and a piece of dark chocolate candy – no pics. Opps! This was major emotional eating. I am unbelievably stressed about work and my life in general. I’m unhappy in my current role and am looking for a new job or even internship to get my foot in the door somewhere. Aahh!

Dinner was a big salad with ranch, a little cheese and a chickpea patty.
Dessert was granola and milk. I had a couple more servings than this plus some ice cream. I figured I had ruined the day so I might as well keep going. This is very frustrating because I have been getting (slowly) better about this. Also, my binge foods in the past have not been so damaging and high in calories i.e. granola and chocolate PB. Well, I am trying to be accountable but I need to stop this.

  1. Keep your head on, Mons! You’ll find a job, soon! You should look into something with the culinary arts! šŸ™‚ Happiness is so crucial, so just look into what makes you content, the least stressed, and the most excited to wake up and start each day!
