Recently, I commented on Roni’s blog when she was looking for new breakfast ideas. I went through them hoping someone mentioned they eat chocolate chip cookies for breakfast and have lost a ton of weight, but most commenters(?) are pretty healthy. Boo.

Well, I guess it’s back to cereal with milk or ez bread with PB.

  1. If it helps, I once found a chocolate chip cookie diet and lost a ton of weight. Forty-seven cookies a day and the pounds just melted away.

    It wasn’t until a year or so later when I told my doctor about this and I described the cookies to her. She said the scientific term for what I was eating was “carrots”.

  2. I remember back in high school I used to have days where breakfast would be count chocula with chocolate milk and lunch was fudge rounds and mt. dew and pb m&ms for dessert. I have no clue how I was thin back then!

    Chandra – I know! What is up with that? But, I’m sure you feel a lot better now health-wise than you did then.
