Oh my gosh I have so much to catch up on!

Sorry for being gone over the l o n g weekend. I had so much fun. Here is a recap broken down a little to keep track.

Thursday Dinner –
Salad with egg and black beans, left over chickpea cutlets and sweet potato. This is one of my new favorite meals. I love it!
Ben had never tried a PB smoothie, so I made one for him. It came out just okay, which totally sucks since I talked it up so much. Here he is pouring it for a try…

I also had some PB Puffins for my sweet tooth. I was so full by this point, but just wanted something sweet.
