Count down!!!

I am counting down until my beach vacation on Marco Island. We are leaving June 5th.
I have 31 days until then. That means 31 days to exercise and eat right so I can feel good and enjoy myself in a bathing suit.

My goal:
Lose 7 pounds

The plan:
1500 calories a day (broken down to B:400calories, L: 400 calories S: 200 calories, D: 500 calories)
Run 5 days a week
Exercise video or weights every day I am home (can’t always do this if I stay over Mom’s)

I am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and might post it if I have the balls. If not, I will wait until the Tuesday before I leave to post my before and after. We’ll see how bad it is…
